Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the manufacturing of intelligent robots, with proficiency in 3D printing technologies such as FDM, SLA, and SLS.

  • Apply knowledge of model appearance manufacturing processes, including sanding, spraying, and assembly, to ensure products meet design requirements and are visually appealing.

  • Develop manufacturing processes and schedules based on product design and engineering requirements, ensuring timely project delivery.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the manufacturing process to maintain product quality and performance.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize product designs and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Proficiency in various 3D printing technologies and a deep understanding of 3D printing equipment and materials.

  • Hands-on experience in model appearance manufacturing processes, including sanding, spraying, and assembly.

  • Strong interest in the robotics industry, with an understanding of manufacturing processes and standards for robotic products.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit, with the ability to effectively collaborate and solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and manufacturing mecha-style models.

  • Hands-on experience in the robotics industry or intelligent manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with robotic structure design and manufacturing standards.
    Project management experience, with the ability to independently manage manufacturing projects.
